All thisARTSyours products are made to order, created specifically for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we are unable to offer free exchanges or refunds based on personal preference or fit. Please ensure that you have read and understood the product description, colour / print and sizing information available on each product page before placing your order.
By completing your purchase, you confirm that you are happy with your product type and the design and size chosen and accept that the item will be manufactured on that basis. Ensure to provide an accurate and complete delivery address, email and mobile / contact numbers at checkout.
Faulty Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us at connect@thisartsyours.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and description of the fault. Once confirmed, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate, the method of rectification will be at our discretion.
We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Not liking the design, print, or colour
- Ordering the wrong item
- Items that do not fit as expected
- Customer fault delivery complications
Why This Policy Exists
ThisARTSyours operates on a manufactured-to-order model. Each product is carefully printed / cut / sewn and finished to order. This allows us to continue to expand our product catalogue whist preventing unnecessary resource use and reducing waste.
If you have any questions regarding our products, production, shipping or returns policies please get in touch prior to placing your order and we will be happy to help.
Shipping to the United Kingdom, the majority of orders are printed and shipped from our UK partner production sites within 48 hours of order. Estimate printing and dispatch timeframes include working weekdays and exclude weekends. We work mainly but not exclusively with delivery providers Royal Mail (typically delivered within 2-5 days from dispatch), Evri, FedEx and DHL. Delivery may be attempted on any day of the week. Shipments may require a signature upon delivery and it is the customers responsibility to ensure that this requirement can be met. Whilst it is rare for delivery delays to occur we recommend that for time sensitive orders (for example orders which contain birthday gifts) the order is placed at least 2 weeks in advance. This is especially important during festive periods, public holidays and around other high demand delivery dates such as Black Friday.
Where multiple products have been ordered you may receive multiple shipments delivered on multiple days. This is because we select the most suitable production partner and shipper for each of our products.
To avoid delivery complication please ensure to provide an accurate and complete delivery address, email and mobile / contact numbers at checkout. We are unable to amend delivery details after the order has been placed. Refunds will not be given where an order has not been received by the time a customer had ‘hoped’ it might, please be aware of anticipated production and delivery timeframes before ordering.
Please allow 14 working days for delivery before contacting us at connect@thisartsyours.com so that we may look into the delay and provide an update / correct the situation or arrange a refund at discretion if it looks like the order can no longer be fulfilled within a reasonable timeframe. We are unable to issue refunds for unfulfilled deliveries where either a customer has entered inaccurate delivery details at checkout or where delivery attempts have been sufficiently made but failed / the address has not been able to accept the delivery on attempt.
